WELCOME TEAM
TEAM PURPOSE/GOAL: Our goal is to make people feel; Welcomed, Wanted and Loved. We want people to not just know these things but to feel these things.
TEAM PLAN:
Welcome Area- Welcome visitors for weekend services and special events. Offer directions and assistance as needed to visitors.
Sanctuary- To extend unusual kindness to the people who sit in your section of chairs.
TEAM EXPECTATIONS: Team members serve on a team according to rotation as scheduled. Team members agree show up for pre-service prayer time and remain at the front doors and welcome area until the designated time.
SKILLS NEEDED: Gifting in hospitality, Friendly, team player, dependable. (Training will be provided)
